Can I manage both virtual as well as in-person training through Schoox?
Yes, you can manage all your elearning courses, instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, webinars, and more within our platform. Each has specific features to help make managing everything as easy as possible. For example, trainers can scan unique QR codes to record learner attendance at an in-person training session.
Can I both assign courses as well as make content available to our learners to complete whenever they want?
Not only can you do it, we encourage it! You can assign any mandatory courses needed – such as sexual harassment and security training – as well as provide course content for learners to consume at their own pace and in their own time. Schoox even uses AI-driven algorithms to create individual course recommendations based on what a learner has already completed or seems interested in, encouraging self-driven career development.
