The Business Challenge:

  • To find an e-learning platform that is engaging and simple to use, compatible with both iOS and Android devices, and flexible to suit our needs.
  • To track the development of our internal call center employees, and to measure the success of our training program for our external trade audience.
  • To host our “On the Road” training events, manage registrations and attendance across different locations.
  • To conduct in depth, real-time reports (user attempts, time spent, etc.)

The Solution: Why did Celebrity Cruises choose Schoox?

With Schoox we were able to integrate our current online Travel Agent Certification program, Five Star Academy and CO University. Not only was it easy to integrate and efficiently transfer our historical records, but it was also a smooth transition for our Travel Agents that were already familiar with our previous LMS. Moreover, the intuitive and easy to use course creation allowed us to complete our training program recreation very fast and with very little manual labor. Building our organizational structure in Schoox, allows us to report on our thousands of travel agencies all over the US, Canada and Caribbean. These reports help us target specific groups of users, and increase our enrollments and graduates.

We have only received positive feedback after our transition to Schoox! All our Travel Agents believe it is easy and simple to use and get though their training programs efficiently through various channels, that is, their mobile devices, personal computers or tablets.
